Maintenance and good use.

The good use of all our products guarantees that they are more durable.
Bearing in mind that each XXL product is made of different materials (minerals, steel, leather, silver, brass...) we advise against bathing on the beach as the saltpeter can affect the piece and it is one of the places where people lose more jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces...)
All our silver-plated pieces carry 9 microns of silver, they do not stain, do not leave green, and are durable over time.
If after daily use for months or years the bathroom is affected, we have a set-up available (ITV of the jewel) that for 10 euros you bathe and it is as new as the first day.
Our 925 silver pieces have a lifetime guarantee at no cost, except loss.
For any accident or accidental breakage, we will fix the parts free of charge, except for the replacement of lost parts.
