Please send the item by certified mail or as a package with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address and keep the shipping receipt properly, in case future questions arise.

• The merchandise must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving it.
• The cost of shipping the return of the merchandise must be paid by the customer.
• In addition, the product must be in the same conditions that it was sent and with the same packaging that was delivered. If the merchandise is in other conditions, we reserve the right not to return the money.
• Once verified that the item is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount of the item will be made and it will be made through the means of payment that you have used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Changes: Changes in size or color will be treated as a new order. For this, the user will have to process a return of the order for the refund of the amount thereof.
